Broadview North is a neighbourhood bordered by Pape Avenue to the East, Chesterhill to the South and the DVP to the west and north.
What it's like
Home to Todmorden Mills Park, Heritage Museum and Arts Centre, a once small industrial complex and village that sits along the Don River. Also, home to a small forested nature preserve... perfect for wildflower enthusiasts and hikers.
The Neighbourhood
This area is very diverse; once populated heavily by British and Irish immigrants it is now known more for its significant Greek, Serbian and Chinese populations. The area is booming with young families.
This area is perfectly situated between the DVP, 401 and the Lakeshore which makes it easy to get around.
