Welcome to Moss Park
Moss Park is a neighbourhood very close to the core of downtown Toronto. The broader Moss Park neighbourhood is considered to be bordered by Parliament and Jarvis, with Carlton Street to the north and Front Street to the south. The neighbourhood centres around the large public park where the Moss Park Armoury sits.
What it's like
Convenient access to downtown. Moss Park neighbourhood includes Queen St East and Dundas St East, so commuters can easily hop on the TTC to anywhere they want to go. Residents can also walk to Yonge Street restaurants and downtown entertainment, so a fun time is never far from your front door!
The largest part of the Moss Park population are between age 25-54. It's a good area for people working downtown since it is close to major streets in the core. The majority of residences in Moss Park are condo and apartment buildings over five stories.
Proximity to entertainment destinations. Residents in Moss Park can walk to many of Toronto's most popular entertainment venues, shopping, and dining. Yonge and Dundas Square is close by along with venues such as Massey Hall, Ed Mirvish Theatre, and more!
